Online Returns and Exchanges

Bok-Makaren accepts returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Contact office@bokmakaren.se for further instructions on how to make a return.

To be eligible for return, the product must be in its original condition, with all labels still attached (unless defective). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Online Refund

Your refund will be made to the original payment card and/or payment method used for purchase. We always aim to process your return as quickly as possible.
