What is your delivery time?
We normally have a delivery time of 3-5 working days. However, during periods of higher demand, it may take a little longer for you to receive your delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over 699 SEK.
How do I make a return?

How long does it take for my return to be processed?
We do our utmost to process your return as quickly as possible. We normally process your return within one week of receiving your product. Once the refund has been completed or your invoice updated, you will receive a notification from Klarna via email or in the app.
Can I exchange my product for a different size?
We do not handle direct exchanges at our warehouse, so please place a new order and contact office@bokmakaren.se for the return of incorrect items.
I need to complain about a product, how do I do that?
We always want to offer smooth complaint handling if you have received a defective product. Contact us at office@bokmakaren.se with your order number and pictures of the item you wish to complain about. Normal wear and tear on a product is not considered a complaint.
How do I wash my Alfie products?
We recommend washing our products at 40°. Please follow the instructions on the care label in the garment.
