Who wrote the books?
Alfie Atkins is created by Gunilla Bergström who wrote and illustrated the books.

When was Alfie first created?
The first book was released in 1972.

What is your delivery time?
We normally have a delivery time of 3-5 working days. However, during periods of higher demand it may take a little longer for you to receive your delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders within Sweden exceeding 699SEK. 

How do I make a return?

How long does it take for my return to be processed?
We do our best to process your return as quickly as possible. Normally, we process your return within one week of receiving your product. When the refund has been processed or your invoice has been updated, you will receive a notification from Klarna via email or in the app.

Do you offer free returns?
No, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I exchange my product for another size?
We do not handle direct exchanges in our warehouse, therefore we ask you to place a new order and contact office@bokmakaren.se to return the incorrect items.

I have a complaint about a product, what do I do?
We always want to offer easy complaints if you have received a defective product. Contact us at office@bokmakaren.se with the order number and pictures of the item you wish to complain about. Normal wear and tear on a product does not count as a complaint.

How are the sizes?
Our products are true to size, you can read more about sizes on our size guide. If you are still unsure, you can contact our customer service at office@bokmakaren.se.

How do I wash my Alfie products? 
We recommend washing our products at 40°. Follow the instructions on the garment's care label.
